Weather fetch is wired to the Start Weather Record button. It tries NOAA Aviation Weather Center first and falls back to api.weather.gov nearest observations when the browser blocks AWC. Local Surface Data shows NWS API on top unless it matches the selected METAR station, in which case it is hidden with a note. The best nearby Oklahoma Mesonet station stays below it, and other Mesonet stations only appear when expanded. Expanded Mesonet and METAR rows include dew point. Expanded METAR rows omit the already-displayed primary METAR so the same station is not repeated. Address search uses OpenStreetMap Nominatim. This version includes a local OKC-area controlled-airspace proximity check for KOKC/KPWA/KOUN/KRCE, keeps the manual FAA grid/authorization entry for actual LAANC grid values, has expandable nearby METAR/Mesonet lists, shows a loading bar while weather data is loading, and explains which weather source is being used for the local surface header versus the aviation METAR recommendation.
